trust, transparency & responsibility
Terms of Service & User Agreement
Version 2026-10-28.v1 · Effective 28 October 2026
Draft for legal review. The operating entity, registered address and governing jurisdiction must be confirmed before these policies are treated as final. Mandatory consumer and privacy laws always apply.
1. Eligibility and legally valid details
You must be at least 18 and legally eligible to use a matrimony service. You confirm that your identity, age, marital status, professional details and other declarations are accurate, current and legally valid. Disclose any material change, including an existing marriage or a pending divorce, before representing yourself as eligible to marry.
2. Anti-catfishing and identity fraud: zero tolerance
CARAVAN IN LIFE prohibits impersonation, fabricated identities, altered identity documents, concealed marriages, false marital status and misleading financial or professional information. Confirmed falsification may result in immediate account suspension or a permanent ban without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory refund rights and lawful dispute rights cannot be excluded. The platform may preserve evidence and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.
No service can guarantee 100% fraud prevention. Identity verification is currently not connected; registration, consent or an internal review does not establish verified identity. Affected members can raise a privacy or account support request from their dashboard.
3. Venue facilitator and limits of liability
The platform facilitates introductions and is not a party to members' personal relationships, marriages, financial arrangements or off-platform dealings. It does not guarantee compatibility, conduct, a marriage outcome or the authenticity of a member beyond the verification actually performed. Members remain responsible for independent due diligence, personal disputes and behavioral decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform disclaims liability for personal disputes, behavioral anomalies and member conduct outside its reasonable control. This is not an absolute “zero liability” promise: liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory duties, fraud by the operator or other non-excludable liability, remains unaffected.
4. Payments, activation and enforcement
Paid membership activation requires a connected payment service and confirmed payment. A launch slot or admin review is not KYC approval. Any non-refundable fraud sanction must comply with mandatory law and be based on documented findings; a member may ask the support team to review an enforcement decision.
5. Local jurisdiction and applicable law
Members must follow the laws applicable to their residence, identity documents and marital eligibility. Mandatory consumer protection, privacy rights and any non-waivable right to bring a claim in a local court remain applicable.
The operator's governing country/state and competent courts have not yet been designated. No exclusive forum or invented jurisdiction is imposed by this draft. An operator-specific governing-law and court clause must be added after the operating entity and location are confirmed and reviewed by qualified counsel.
6. Consent and support
Final registration requires explicit acceptance of this User Agreement, the Anti-Fraud Declaration and the Privacy Policy. The consent record retains the version accepted, the exact declaration, the server timestamp and the KYC status at acceptance. Contact the review team through Help & support in your dashboard for questions or disputes.
